Our nonprofit was selected to attend the 2022 Global Engagement Summit held annually at Northwestern University.
The Global Engagement Summit (GES) is an annual conference that brings together delegates from around the world to further meaningful social ventures. The 2022 Summit included professional mentorship sessions, capacity-building workshops, and impactful keynote presentations, along with the opportunity to establish long-lasting connections with like-minded entrepreneurs. GES has helped delegates raise over $130,000 for their projects, and many GES alumni have gone on to affect measurable change in communities around the world.
Summit United was awarded an LAS Impact Award by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
The LAS IMPACT AWARD recognizes individuals and teams in the College of LAS that demonstrated a spirit of service and sacrifice that went beyond expectations to serve their community during the COVID-19 crisis.
